Collation problem

Description:

Error using different collation from the default on MS SQL Server

Context:

• DBPTK Desktop: Operative System name and version Windows 10

• DBPTK Enterprise: Browser name and version (Internet explorer, Chrome, Firefox, etc)

Steps required to reproduce the bug:

1. Create or import a database with collation different from the system default.
2. Try to create a SIARD from MS SQL Server in dbptk
