Editing a block edits a block that was duplicated from it

I duplicated the testimonials block. Then when I deleted a testimonial from the original block, it automatically deleted it from the duplicate...

Possibly UID related.

I haven't been able to replicate this and suspect it was user error (i.e. he thought he was editing one block, but was actually editing the other).
