What happens when multiple people are editing the same site? #284

Add "This post is being edited by Gregg Issacson" and lock them etc?

Agreed, a temporary solution like this is quite urgently needed as when multiple people are editing at the same time right now their edits will obviously be constantly overwriting each other in the db.
