CLI: Push theme #361

Ability to push theme to live.

NB theme may reference media items (logos) uploaded to local, which will have diff ID (and URL) on live & remote (or will not even exist on remote if not yet pushed) leading to invalid references on live after push. (See note in cmd-push.js)
