Wom Clone: automatically strip url params? #432

Currently wom clone fails if you pass it https://reassuring-growing-rejected.wombat.sh/.

It would be nice if that just works I think? (I.e strip the redundant parts)

Have forgotten you can't do this a few times and it's made me think something is broken/down.

Previously implemented in https://github.com/keepthatworktoyourself/wombat-repo/pull/305, bug fixed in branch
