Use HEAD UP (unstabilized) only when there is no heading input #265

and use HEADING UP (STABILIZED) for the current "course up" method, and COURSE UP for real COG based updates just like OpenCPN.

HEADING UP (STABILIZED), COURSE UP and NORTH UP are only allowed when there is a heading source.
