但是，开放题修改，特别是涉及到“删除/增加”时，未评分列表里可能存在即将删除的题目，这将引入额外的问题。
现在考虑，修改挑战时，如果涉及到“删除/增加”挑战，则不允许修改，若否，则允许修改。
