Description of Issue

Starting VOLTTRON verbosely in the background with VOLTTRON_HOME=/home/kefei/.volttron Waiting for VOLTTRON to startup.. VOLTTRON startup failed/timed out. Please check volttron.log for details

usage: volttron [OPTION]... volttron: error: unrecognized arguments: -vv

It seems happen on develop branch but not the main branch (the above main branch is a fake one)
