Feature Request: Disable software controlled volume #51

Would love to have a feature like the '--volume <sw|off>' command line switch 
in squeezeslave to disable software controlled squeezelite volume.  In my 
installation squeezelite is connected to a whole house audio system that is 
responsible for volume control.

You should be able to disable this from the web settings page on LMS for the 
player?  Set volume control to "output level fixed at 100%"

Didn't know it could be set from LMS web interface.  That did the trick,
