Allow macvim-skim to be installed via Vundle #3

Vundle is a package manager for Vim that simplifies life. :)

I'll happily accept a pull request to add vundle or pathogen. Can vundle do anything about installing the skim -> vim script?

As far as I know, I don't think it can. I'll have to look into it though.
