Add Dev.to profile #203

Many developers have profiles on Dev.to, it would be nice if they can also showcase their Dev.to profiles.

I wouldn't mind looking into this if no others are not. I don't wanna jump in and steal someone's thunder. Also, I am looking at adding a way to set these variables to a global config so you don't have to fill out these questions every time you run readme generator. What do you all think? Create a readmeGenerator.json file in the global package and or call

readme-md-generator -set-github "jeremiahtenbrink"

kind of thing.
