Mining rank doesn't work anymore. #62

I'm playing with a custom modpack and it seem that I can't increase my mining ranks when I mine with any pickaxe of the modpack. I precise that vanilla tools are disabled for the gameplay.

Strangely, the mod decided to work again with all others mod without an issue.

Problems solved :shrug:
