Error can't install node-red-contrib-sqldbs

@sithembisoa they may need a bit more information to understand what the problem is. Do you have any error logs? What version of node.js are you using?

An issue was reported on the forum with this node here on Node 10.

This node requires sqlite@^3.1.8 which doesn't support Node 10. That dependency needs updating to 4.x.
