Captions are exceeding the column width in tblMultimediaLink because of the RTF 
headers. Previous version of BioLink stripped out RTF.
The proper fix (that retains RTF formatting) means changing the column width, 
as well as the width of the parameters for the insert and update multimedia 
link stored procedures. Short term fix is to simply strip RTF out.
