Scrollbars do not appear on Associate Report table viewer #206

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run associates report from a taxa
2. Shrink window so that not all columns can fit
3. Cannot scroll horizontally because no scroll bars appear

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected scroll bars to appear
