Release version 2 when the config-file-validator releases v1.5.0

Update actions.yml to include depth
Update Entrypoint to include new depth input
Update README.md to include new inputs and add new file types (CSV, HCL, PList)
Update the base container in the Dockerfile to the v1.5.0 config-file-validator container release
