Unity 2019.1.0f2 Build Bug #19

when using unity 2019.1.0f2 build to exe (mono or il2cpp mode), klak plugin dll cant auto move.The dll file must be moved manually.This is unity bug.

Unity2019.1.2f1 fixed and is ok
