Added FrameCount to shared texture #100

In this change the sending of the FrameCount were added. Also the setting in the registry is done so that it is activated.

I already addressed the issue here: https://github.com/keijiro/KlakSpout/issues/99

By this pull request I would also like to provide the solution.
