Hello.

When I changed the platform to Android, an error related to HDRP appeared.

Can I make this project usable as URP?

I want to make an effect that is spread on the floor when a QR code is recognized by using image tracking for AR content.

LASP is not compatible with mobiles, so LaspVfx also doesn't run on them.
