Could you share the solution in high level?

Fix periodical reconcile doesn't pass iamrole's name and namespace to request, and it caused namespace role validation falsely to consider more than one role in the namespace.
Add object name and ns for periodical reconcile.

Could you share the test results?

Tested in dev cluster and preprod cluster, periodical reconcile works as expected.
