Is this a BUG REPORT or FEATURE REQUEST?: FEATURE

What happened: Installation instructions require having access to the source code. Instead, there should be directions about how to install the CRD directly from a publicly accessible URL.

What you expected to happen:

Should be able to follow installation instructions from README without being in the cloned repo.
