Prepare EffectOccurance model which will be connector model between Effect, Substance and Ingestion, as Effects are mostly dosage depended and can be also route of administration dependent, this will be supported for maximally one substance because these information aren't really available at any site (PsychonautWiki have some but yeah, that's maybe for like 10-15 substances)

Just for some reason I'll note effects on Amphetamine, Caffeine as they are stimulants and have quite simple effects, when it comes to Mescaline or maybe LSD - fuck not, I'll not write this mf 30 effects right now - there are better things to be done.
