Ingestion Analyzer

Proof-of-Concept of Ingestion Analyzer should be implemented into @neuronek/cli and the following requirements should be satisfied for this feature.

• Analyzer should predict stages and generate timeseries information which phases will happen when, preferably with eye-pleasing progress bar or chart as in such form data will be presented in future.
• Analyzer should extract information about dosage and classify ingestion's dosage intensivity (later on: shulgin scale or psychonautwiki scale)

Current ingestion analyzer providees some core information about ingestion, the bad thing is it's actually only for creating a new ingestion and same feature should be implemented when listing ingestions which seems to be quite a challenge to display data, however I'll think around and maybe find solution.
