Migrate to `seaorm>1` #503

There is 1.x release of sea-orm, as software is in early stage it would be easy to migrate and use it across packages instead relying on outdated version. It may broke some things but it's better to broke them now instead future.

Well, I've migrated this one I had a little more free time - the results are astonishing in terms of amout of new bugs that needs to be resolved. Sea-Orm seems to not provide enough support for resoliving issues related to sqlite and wrongly generated entities that are parsing DateTime in right way. I've decided I'm fine with 0.15.x where things are working and do not seem to break.
