Allow touch point to take a configurable offset #4

When i test it in mobile salesforce 1, the signature track display not exactly the same as the touch point, it display lower than my touch point. is there any way to configure the touch point?

I think this was a bug in calculating the position of the canvas element, which has been fixed by other changes.
