For a while now, the go-to advice has been to use the master version of e3fp until version 1.2 was released. The hold-up to 1.2 has been the features connected with that milestone here: https://github.com/keiserlab/e3fp/milestone/3. But I think it's best to get 1.2 out and work on these later.

Once the issue with the docs build (https://github.com/readthedocs/readthedocs.org/issues/6699) is resolved, I plan to tag a new release and update the corresponding files on conda and pypi.
