https://github.com/conda-forge/staged-recipes/pull/12443 added a conda-forge recipe for e3fp. This should be easier to maintain and more reliable than our own (outdated) recipe previously being used. Also, all of our required and optional dependencies are now on conda-forge.
This PR changes installation instructions to recommend installing everything via conda-forge, which should make installation both easier and more reliable.
