Doesn't send key events to dialogs #52

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Got to "Configuration > Wireles... > Wi-Fi... > Long click any network"
2. Use remote keyboard

The dialog should receive the input, but instead the background view receives 
it.

Android 2.3.6 with TouchWiz
