explore hpa reverts to exlpain behaviour #12

kubectl explore hpa does not open up an interactive prompt, unlike kubectl explore horizontalpodautoscaler. Instead it works the same as kubectl explain hpa.

@tlb-tarek-sater You can use the fixed feature since v0.7.1.
