Update the dependencies according to the migration guide.

I haven't been able to test this in a project, due to some problem with npm link and postCSS plugins, so it would be good to publish under a next tag before publishing as 3.0.0.

LGTM. I think we could just release as 3.0 and patch release if we need to.
