Send scope types during auth #75

It appears Omnibear does not send scope types when authenticating. Technically it is not required according to the MP spec, but the Wordpress indieweb plugin throws an error if its null, so I’d like to start sending it.

This does not appear to the the problem after all. There is still an issue posting to the Wordpress indieweb plugin, but this is not the cause.
