Wrong Timezone, Events off by an hour. #20

Hi,
I just downloaded your ics-bot for android and really like the tool.
However, I have a problem when importing things to my local calendar, the time 
is always off by 1 hour. KOrganizer is able to import the same ics file 
correctly, so I guess its an ics bot. My Timezone is central europe (gmt+1).
I'm not sure if the problem is related to the other timezone-problems as the 
ics file gives the timezone in a different way.

An example ics file is attached.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version on Android 2.1. on a Samsung Galaxy S
