Add Creating Your Sidekick Modal #93

This PR incorporates a modal that appears after a user submits the form to create a new chatbot.

Up next:

  1. Add "Congrats" image and language.
  2. Tighten-up error handling.
  3. Communicate to the user that the corpus creation may still be in progress. We could either send the user to a dashboard that shows the status of the corpus. And/or, show content within the chatbot, when it is displayed for the first time (I'm liking this thought).
