support for honoring a ssh-agent #144

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
I setup my Mac to login via ssh to various servers with just one ssh-key. This
I protected with a
passphrase and use the ssh-agent to avoid typing the passphrase more than once
a day.

I can mount with sshfs these directories from the command-line interface and it
asks automatically
the ssh-agent to confirm the access, but not with the GUI for now - there I
have to type the
passphrase (not the login password) again each time I mount a directory.

Would be nice to have it also using the ssh-agent if it's running.

sshfs.app is unsupported, but there are others who are working on alternative
GUIs. Please don't post sshfs.app
specific things as "issues" here (unless it's a problem *with* MacFUSE)--use
the macfuse-devel mailing list
instead.
