Hi @keithvassallomt !
First of all, thank you for your work 🙂
After many attempts to import a Windows 10 machine, every time I get the following message after it hangs on status Active status message Booting for some hours:
FirstBootFailure: This import request failed because the instance failed to boot and establish network connectivity.
I performed all the operations indicated on the AWS guide, but I never succeeded ...
(Note : I had followed the guide 2 years ago, and it worked perfectly, I think something has changed.)
I tried using EC2Launch and EC2Config instead of EC2Launch v2 and everything works perfectly !
I don't know what changed, but it seems that the problem comes from EC2Launch v2 ...

I'm going to try it with Windows 11, it now seems possible : (With TPM and SecureBoot) https://aws.amazon.com/fr/blogs/modernizing-with-aws/bringing-your-windows-11-image-to-aws-with-vm-import-export/
