Add typescript definitions. #304

I've been working on a full typescript fork, but I still need to get a few tests passing (must have accidently broke a couple things that I didn't understand). In the meantime though, these are the generated type definitions pulled out of my fork.

OK. I haven't played with TypeScript much, you can confirm all tests are passing when running TS? I can't commit to maintaining a TypeScript fork, so are you willing to keep this stuff up to date as Nodal gets updated?
