Filter Unable to Search by Include Properly #8

Filtering by include does not seems to work. I have added a few words and tried to search for one character that exists in either the WORD or DESCRIPTION, however it does not seems to return the results properly.

I have a list of words here.

When I tried the filter words with include words option, it still works. This command is case-insensitive also.
