Make netlogo-sql compatible with NetLogo 5 #12

NetLogo 5 has been released and netlogo-sql does not work due to some API 
changes.

We will probably need to maintain a separate branches or find a way to combine 
support for NetLogo 4.1 and NetLogo 5 in a single build.

The changes to the NetLogo API are to extensive to be able to (simply) maintain 
a single codebase for both NetLogo 4.1 and NetLogo 5.

Committed NetLogo 5 API changes to separate branch (branches/netlogo5) JUnit 
and Integration tests pass; not yet tested inside NetLogo 5 itself.
