skype icon doesn't stop 'jumping' #41

Skype icon in the ubuntu launcher "jumps" when new message in skype received. Before last update it was "jumping" only once per message. Now, after receiving message in continues jumping until message is read.

Added an option to settings (tray menu->SkypeTab->Settings) for that.
