Skype 4.1 causes two windows #56

Hello,

I have updated my Skype from Archlinux repository and got not expected behavior with SkypeTab

On Skype start it shows empty window with name "SkypeTab.[NOT INITIALIZED]" - http://img.tenya.me/Selection_201211157eaf.png

Next it working well with Chat tabs, but I still have two windows - http://img.tenya.me/Selection_201211156a36.png

Use default view (UniqueConversationsWindow) option is switched off

Could you please take care or it is my own problem? I have tried to re-build skypetab from sources, but no success. Thanks

OS - Archlinux x64 VM/DM - Openbox / dcommgr Skype: 4.1

Please, check recent commits and let me know if it resolves the issue.
