dataset as shapefile #2

Hi Diego, I'm almost offline this week. Will check the week after. Meanwhile, might sound stupid, but what can I do with the Shapefile?

Meanwhile, might sound stupid, but what can I do with the Shapefile? Simply, an easier format to manage and upload to datasets others than MySQL. Loading the script using phpmyadmin (or mysqlworkbench), like described in readme.md, is hard due to the size of the file. I hope that shapefile can help someone building the dataset. BTW: great job!
