Currently, <div class='star'>… is generated by JS in hitme.js
The menu could be much more helpful (and should eg feature a link to question/show if admin? || reviewer? and a direct link 'Report question'), but it's a hassle to add those links if the whole div is generated by JS. A hack to at least have a direct access to the 'show' view was the point of commit 7431aa6.
