Move large amounts of questions at a time. #115

Currently, it is only possible to change the category of one question at a time. However, it is sometimes necessary to move a lot of questions at a time from one category to another. Such a feature would be very useful.

Perhaps a folder structure for managing questions and categories would be nice. But that is rather a dream.
