When students suspend question, we would like them to be able to "go back" and answer them. Because they might have exceeded their question limit already we are okay with the suspended questions not leading to follow up questions.
We can think of two ways:
1) students can scroll back at anytime during their 10-questions session and press a button that says "answer after all" and answer the question (again: no follow up)
2) at the end of the 10-question session (before they see the results) they get asked "do you want to have another look at your suspended question?"
