create answer id automatically #51

the ID doesn't have to convey anything about the content.

The answer-idents you seem to use are kinda against the idea, anyway. Including the parent question/category idents is not a good idea because those could be automatically prepended if so desired. Your current style will also make an answers ident misleading if you ever move a question.

To give an example, consider this question: https://www.mathi.uni-heidelberg.de/keks/admin/questions/9 . I would identify the answers with:
