Idea:

Implemented FrameBuffer and CaptureDevice handles device specific allocation in inside it.
V4L2 can almost support (mmap allocator)
DirectShow maybe support (IMediaSample interface: https://docs.microsoft.com/ja-jp/windows/win32/directshow/samples-and-allocators )
VFW cannot support.

Some buffering impls needs to be moved from PixelBuffer to FrameBuffer.
