Continue #13.

Started packaging and scoping for symbol spaces.

Done for making library from assembly.

Remains:

Completely separation for the IL2C/Invoke enabled types. IL2C has to independent from another type source code files. It'll make safer compilation (because individual header files will break by the declatated symbols.)

Done, and ignores features of separation for the IL2C/Invoke. Because current version isn't separating completely at the C headers.
