Currently supported combinations are only both Debug/Release and static link vc runtime library. Will make better package for runtime library combination between statically and dynamically (DLL).

Added variations for runtime library between matrix combination for msvc runtime configurations. 0f4e86e30eedc3e776eb49e11400bdb397b0492b

[ ] Not asserted Debug build (Both VC and MinGW)
[ ] Asserted Release build (Both VC and MinGW)
[ ] Debug but using Release VC runtime.

Any other or less?
