Task: Create ewoms object for aquifer #4

Create the ewoms object for aquifer manager. Look at carter-tracy model and implement it there based on #2.

@nairr I haven't checked if we need all of the functions within the aquiferManager and aquiferct. Tomorrow's discussion can be mainly about what and how to use the parser object to obtain what I need within these classes.
