Suggestion: change image filenames if starting with underscore

Hi. I found that some of the downloaded images have names starting with an underscore _. I think this might interfere with Anki's static images. This makes Anki not delete these images when deleting unused media.

Maybe the addon could remove the starting underscores when importing the images?
